The consultation fee is $30. This is the cost of the consultation and does not go towards the cost of the tattoo design. I will discuss the price of the design with you when I reach out. The consultation fee and design fee do not go towards the tattoo session. The consultation will be over text unless an in person consultation is necessary because of complexity.

I ACCEPT there are NO REFUNDS whatsoever for any reason! I will not dispute any transactions from The White Wasp Tattoo Studio, LLC. with my bank. I understand that any chargebacks will be disputed with my bank and my bank must return the transaction to The White Wasp Tattoo Studio. If I want to cancel, demands for a refund on a deposit or a design will not be accepted. By making any payments to The White Wasp Tattoo Studio, I accept this risk!

I AGREE that appointments can be rescheduled at any time without an additional deposit necessary If I give notice within 15 minutes after an appointment starts. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not gave notice, your deposit will be lost and you will need a new deposit to reschedule. I will be patient with you as long as you are patient and understanding with me!

I UNDERSTAND that patience and understanding is expected and appreciated. I am aware that it could take 1-2 weeks to get a response and sometimes things don't always work out smoothly. I accept that an appointment may need to be rescheduled because of certain circumstances. I understand additional time may be needed to complete a design based on demands.

I am not in a hurry for this tattoo, and I will be patient because I understand that rushed work is not a part of this service I understand that if I am in a rush for a tattoo, then I would be getting a tattoo somewhere else.
